Return / Right of withdrawal

At Lizette skincare, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the shipping costs yourself and it is important that the product is not used before a return takes place, so the packaging must be unbroken. In case of broken packaging, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

When your return has been received, it needs to be approved by Lizette skincare, in the event of an invalid return, we will get back to you via email.

Please contact us before returning your package. When returning, you bear the risk for the product and it is therefore very important that the product is returned in an undamaged and unopened original packaging. Feel free to use the original box your order came in as outer packaging when returning. Pack your return well and send your package trackable.

Important: add a note where your name, email address and order number are found and that you are using the right of cancellation, and send the package to:

Reimbursement of received and approved returns takes place within 30 days.

Complaint

You as a consumer have the opportunity to complain about a product for up to 3 years after the purchase, however within a reasonable time from the discovery of a fault. The right to complain applies to errors that can be derived from the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.

Lizette skincare trading company reserves the right to remedy the error in the first place, redelivery of the product in the second place and repurchase in the last place.
